Admin Panel

Admin capabilities are available to users with the Owner or Admin role. Access from Settings in the sidebar.

Team management

Invite members by email from Settings โ†’ Team. Invitations expire after 7 days โ€” resend from the pending invitations list.

Roles: Owner ยท Admin ยท Member ยท Viewer. You can also define custom roles with granular permission arrays (Enterprise plan).

Remove a member at any time. Their tasks remain and get unassigned.

SLA alerts

Configure SLA alerts from Settings โ†’ SLA. Set a maximum number of days a task can stay stuck without progress, and choose a user to escalate to. GrowthOS runs a daily cron to check and fire escalations.

Audit log (Enterprise)

Full action history: who did what, when, on which resource. Filter by actor, action type, resource, and date range. Export as CSV. Available in Settings โ†’ Audit Log.

Error dashboard

Client-side errors reported by the app are stored and visible in Settings โ†’ Errors. Useful for debugging issues your team reports without needing browser dev tools.

Outsource queue (Sales Shuru Outsource)

If your team is on a paid plan, you can outsource any task to the SalesShuru bench team. Owners and Admins request outsourcing from the task detail panel โ†’ Request Outsource. The SalesShuru ops team provides a quote (estimated hours ร— hourly rate). You approve and pay via Razorpay. Track status: requested โ†’ quoted โ†’ approved โ†’ paid โ†’ in_progress โ†’ delivered.
