Deliver Workspace

Projects

Projects group tasks and sprints. Each project has its own board, Gantt, milestones, permissions, and delivery health score.

Creating a project

Click + New Project in the sidebar. Give it a name, description, and color. You can also pick a template from the onboarding wizard — GrowthOS seeds starter tasks for common project types (sprint, client delivery, product launch).

The Free plan allows up to 3 projects. Team plan and above get unlimited.

Sections

Within a project, tasks can be grouped into named sections (e.g. "Backlog", "In Review", "Done"). Create sections from the List or Board view. Drag tasks between sections. Sections carry over to the sprint board.

Milestones

Add milestones to a project with a title and due date. Milestones appear on the Gantt chart and in the delivery forecast. Mark a milestone complete when reached — GrowthOS tracks completion percentage across all milestones.

Project permissions

Permission levelCan do
EditCreate/edit/delete tasks, manage sprints, update milestones
CommentAdd comments, upload files, mark own tasks complete
ViewRead-only access to all tasks and project data

Guest users (external collaborators) can be invited with View or Comment access. Their seats don't count toward your plan limit.

Portfolio view

The Portfolio view shows a cross-project health table. For each project you see:

Click any project in the portfolio to jump to its detail. Portfolio view is available on the Business plan and above.

Delivery health score

Each project gets a composite health score built from:

ComponentWhat it measures
Sprint healthCurrent sprint completion probability
Open blockersCount and severity of unresolved blockers
Overdue ratioOverdue tasks as % of all open tasks
Velocity trendWhether team velocity is improving or declining

Saved views

Save any combination of filters (status, priority, assignee, label, due date) as a named view per project. Views are shared across the whole team — useful for "My open tasks", "Blockers this sprint", "Overdue" filters.
