LeadOS is an AI-powered outbound lead generation engine. It prospects from Apollo, researches each company with Claude AI, writes personalized emails, and sends them — fully autonomously every day at 6 AM IST. No manual work required after setup.
What it does, end to end
Prospect
Pulls contacts from Apollo.io matching your ICP (industry, geography, title, company size). Caches results in DynamoDB to never spend credits twice.
Research
Scrapes each company's website and feeds it to Claude AI. Generates a research brief: company summary, pain point, reason to buy, outreach angle.
Personalize
AI writes a custom first line for each email using the research brief. Every email is unique — not a mail merge.
Send
Sends via your connected Gmail/Outlook mailbox (better deliverability) or falls back to AWS SES. Injects open-tracking pixel and click-redirect links.
Follow up
Automatically advances through a 4-step email sequence over 14 days. Pauses the moment a lead replies.
Qualify & hand off
AI categorizes every reply: interested / not interested / follow up. Interested replies auto-qualify the lead. Qualified leads push to SalesOS CRM.
