Using a playbook
Open the Plan workspace → Playbooks. Browse by category or search. Click a playbook to open it.
Each playbook has numbered steps. Mark each step complete as you go — your progress is saved. Playbooks are tied to your founder profile so the AI copilot knows which steps you've completed when you ask follow-up questions.
On the Scale plan, you can create custom playbooks — write your own steps, save them, and share with your team.
Playbooks + AI chat
The Plan workspace AI chat (powered by AWS Bedrock / Claude) knows which playbooks you're following and which steps you've completed. Ask "What should I do next in my cold outreach playbook?" and it gives you context-specific advice, not generic guidance.
