Subscribing
Go to Settings → Billing. Select your plan and number of seats. Click Subscribe — Razorpay checkout opens. Pay via card, UPI, or netbanking.
After payment, your plan activates instantly. Add seats at any time — you'll be charged the pro-rated difference for the current billing period.
GST invoices
All invoices include 18% GST. Add your company GSTIN in Settings → Billing → GSTIN to get a GST-compliant invoice with CGST/SGST breakdown. Invoices are downloadable as PDF from the billing page.
Annual billing (20% off)
Switch to annual billing to pay 10 months and get 12. Annual plans are billed once upfront. You can switch from monthly to annual at renewal.
What happens when limits are hit
GrowthOS enforces limits at the API level — not just in the UI. When a limit is exceeded (e.g. 4th seat on Free, 101st active task on Free, CSV import on Free), the API returns 402 Payment Required with an upgrade message. There are no silent failures.
