Integrations
All integrations are configured in Settings → Integrations.
Apollo.io
API KeyCompany search, contact search, person enrichment, company enrichment. Credit-safe with DynamoDB cache. Required for prospecting — without this, LeadOS runs in demo mode.
Gmail (sending mailbox)
OAuthSend outbound emails from your real Gmail address. Replies come back to Gmail and LeadOS picks them up automatically. Higher deliverability than SES.
Outlook (sending mailbox)
Config requiredSame as Gmail — connect Outlook to send and receive via your corporate email address.
AWS SES (fallback)
LiveUsed when no mailbox is connected. Sends from leads@salesshuru.com. Configure SES inbound rules to forward replies back to LeadOS for inbox processing.
SalesOS CRM
LiveQualified leads are pushed to SalesOS CRM automatically. LeadOS sends: firstName, lastName, email, phone, companyName, source=leados, leadosLeadId. The lead appears in CRM as a new contact ready for the sales team.
Website visitor tracking
Config requiredAdd the LeadOS tracking script to your website. When a known company visits your site, LeadOS fires a visitor_identified event that can trigger your automation workflows.
Homepage webhook
LiveLeads from the SalesShuru.com homepage contact form are automatically posted to LeadOS via webhook. They enter your pipeline as source=homepage leads.
Cal.com (meeting booking)
Config requiredSet your Cal.com booking URL in Settings. LeadOS can inject {{bookingLink}} in sequence templates. When a meeting is booked, configure Cal.com webhooks to update the lead status in LeadOS.
