Unified Inbox

All inbound replies from your outbound sequences land in the Unified Inbox. Every reply is AI-categorized so you know instantly who's interested.

Reply flow

When a prospect replies to one of your sequence emails, LeadOS receives the reply via your connected mailbox (Gmail/Outlook OAuth) or via the AWS SES inbound webhook. The reply is stored in the Inbox and:

  1. The lead's status changes to replied
  2. The lead's sequence enrollment is paused — no more automated emails go out
  3. AI categorizes the reply: interested / not_interested / follow_up / out_of_office
  4. If categorized as interested — lead is auto-qualified

Inbox view

The Inbox shows all replies with: sender name, company, reply snippet, AI category badge, and timestamp. Filter by category. Click any message to see the full reply and the lead's profile. Mark messages as read from the inbox or individually.

Connecting inbound email

When you send from your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, replies come back to that mailbox and LeadOS picks them up via OAuth. If you're sending via SES, set up AWS SES inbound rules to forward replies to an SNS topic, then point the SNS subscription to https://api-leados.salesshuru.com/api/webhooks/ses-inbound.
