Core Engine

Prospects (Apollo)

The Prospects page is your manual Apollo search interface. The outbound engine uses Apollo automatically — the Prospects page is for when you want to search and hand-pick contacts yourself.

Searching companies

Go to Prospects → Companies. Filter by: industry, geography, company size, keywords, and technologies. Results come from Apollo's company database in real time. Each result shows: company name, domain, industry, employee count, location.

Searching contacts

Go to Prospects → Contacts. Filter by: job title, company domain, geography, seniority. Results show: name, title, company, email (if available), LinkedIn URL.

Adding prospects to your pipeline

Select the contacts you want and click Add to Leads. LeadOS deduplicates against your existing pipeline, enriches any net-new contacts, scores them, and adds them to your leads table. From there you can manually enroll them in a sequence.

Saved prospect lists

Save any search as a named list. The outbound engine uses your saved lists as the ICP source for daily prospecting. Manage lists from Prospects → Lists.

Apollo credits

Every Apollo API call costs credits. LeadOS tracks your credit budget in DynamoDB and blocks calls when you're at your limit.

View your current balance at Prospects → Credits: monthly budget, credits used, credits remaining, daily budget remaining.

DynamoDB cache

LeadOS caches every Apollo result. If you search the same company or contact again, the cached version is returned — no credit spent. This means you can browse freely without worrying about burning credits. The cache never expires.
